Spa Etiquette & Policies 

RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS

Credit Cards are required for making a reservation which acknowledges the acceptance of this policy. Extensive and multi spa services require a major credit card to secure appointments. If you must reschedule  or cancel an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance to avoid an automatic credit card charge of 100% of the price of services rendered. For NO-shows, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services. Groups or parties must give at least 7 DAYS notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.

ARRIVAL

If you are late for an appointment, it may be necessary to rescheduled. Your therapist will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure total relaxation and  enhance treatment  results,  we encourage you to please arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service to allow time to change into a rob and Slippers or fill the necessary paperwork out.

CHILDREN POLICY

Children are only allowed in the spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities for childcare. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests. YOUR UNDERSTANDING IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

ATTIRE

We suggest you wear our provided robes when receiving ANY service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damages to your clothing.

WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. Most spa body treatments are enjoyed without clothing however, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.

ATMOSPHERE

The spa offers each guest  the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/ devices and please speak softly as a courtesy to others. Please let us know your preferences, whether it is the room temperature, volume of music, or massage pressure, so we can provide you the most enjoyable service.

PREGNANCY

It allows us guide you in selecting  suitable treatments in which you can  take into consideration at this special time.

JEWELRY & PERSONAL VALUABLES

We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewellery at home.

GIFT CARDS/ Certificates

Heavenly Utopia Day Spa Day Gift Cards/ Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards/Certificates are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Card/Certificates will not be replaced if lost, stolen, destroyed altered, or used without your permission. Gift Cards/Certificates must be presented at the time of service. Gift Cards/ Certificates must be used within one year of purchase date.

REDEEMING GIFT CARDS/CERTIFICATES WON AT FUNDRAISER

If you are the recipient of a gift card/Certificates you won or bid for a charity event or fundraiser, you must inform the Client Service Representative when you call to schedule your appointment.

REFERRAL CERTIFICATES

Referral gift card certificates are valid for new clients or current clients trying a new service. Limited to one per person per visit per service.  Must present certificate at the time of purchase. Cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value. Certificates are valid only for the service specified. Management reserves all rights.

FINISHING/ FORMS OF PAYMENT

We reserve the right to change prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Cash, but please, no Personal Checks.

RETURNS

Retail products may be exchanged with the original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

BRIDAL/ ON LOCATION POLICY

A minimum of four people is required for our On-Location service and a minimum of 25% service gratuity is required. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
