Spa Policies
RESERVATIONS/CANCELLATIONS
Clients are required for making a reservation which acknowledges the acceptance of this policy. Estimate and multi spa services require a credit card to secure and guarantee a 100% of the scheduled service's payment. For NO-shows, your credit card is automatically charged for the full value of services. Groups or parties must give at least 7 DAYS notice to avoid a 100% cancellation fee.
ARRIVAL
If you are late for an appointment and have necessarily rescheduled. Your therapist will do his/her best to accommodate you. In order to ensure that no client is late, it is recommended to schedule your session too. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled service to change into robes and slippers.
CHILDREN POLICY
Children are allowed in the spa area when having a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities for childcare. We love children, and we hope you understand, we cannot assure their safety in a professional environment. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests.
ATTIRE
We suggest you wear or provide robes when receiving ANY service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damages to your clothing.
WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. Most spa body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped except for the area being worked on.
ATMOSPHERE
The spa offers peace and the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone and speaking quietly to ensure a calm atmosphere.
Please let us know your preferences, whether it is the room temperature, volume of music, or massage pressure, so we can provide you the most enjoyable service.
PRECEDING
It allows us to provide a relaxing, suitable treatment which takes into consideration this special time.
JEWELRY/VALUABLES
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the spa, please leave your jewellery at home.
GIFT CARDS
Heavenly Utopia Day Spa Day Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift Cards are non-refundable. The value of a Gift Card will not be replaced if lost, stolen, altered, or used without your permission. Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service. Gift Cards must be used within one year of purchase.
REDEEMING GIFT CARDS AND THE PURCHASE OF
If you are the recipient of a gift card voucher for a draft charity event or fundraiser, you must inform the Client Service Representative when you call to schedule your appointment.
SERVICES, PRODUCTS & GIFT CARDS
Referral gift card certificates are limited to one per client. Limited services may be limited. Limit one per person per visit. Referral gift cards cannot be used in the same purchase or combined with any other offer, promotion or discount. Cannot be redeemed for cash and have no cash value. Certificates are valid only for the service specified. Management reserves the right.
FINISHING PAYMENT
For services of changing prices and services at any time without notification. We accept all Major Credit Cards, Travelers Checks, and Cash, but please, no Personal Checks.
RETURNS
Services rendered exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.

ADDITIONAL
A minimum of 10% service gratuity for On-site Locations. When extended travel is required, additional charges may apply.
SPA ARRIVAL & ATTIRE
To ensure a full treatment time and enhanced treatment results, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your spa service to allow time to change into a robe and slippers. If you forget or are deciding not to wear robes/any service, you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to your clothing. However, please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
